Its gonna take a sec for the screen to load when leaving the house and loading the other city but it will kick it out of the glitch mode.

I have already demolished a house because of this problem and have been playing fine with the new house for over a week but now its gone weird again. If someone bulldozes every house in a neighborhood there may be save game errors and promotion or job stalling. This is happening on ps4 also with 1 20. This is driving me nuts.
