The gutter twins full concert recorded live. The gutter twins is the long awaited collaboration between mark lanegan and afghan whigs twilight singers vocalist greg dulli. About the gutter twins although mark lanegan and greg dulli first met at a party in 1989 the two didn t start making music together and become friends for that matter until the following decade after both had experienced successful careers as members of the cult grunge bands the screaming trees and the afghan whigs respectively. Ok so it wasn t that cold and it was barely drizzling but the ambiance of the night seemed just right for the gutter twins nee greg dulli the afghan whigs and mark lanegan the screaming trees.

Dulli and lanegan have regularly contributed to each other s projects since 2000 most notably in dulli s twilight singers. For 30 years gutter members mark stewart paul howard and tony huggett remained friends and dreamed of reforming the band though they lived in different countries. On a cold rainy night a cold dark band came on stage. Gutter however is a shining role model showing that dreams can always come true no matter your age or location.
