The solution is reapplying elastomeric roof coatings at strategic intervals on the top of the sprayed polyurethane foam roofing. Spray on roofs can also be levelled out more easily reducing the collection of water in ponds. Actually when elastomeric roof coatings are reapplied at strategic intervals on top of it spray foam roofing has been shown to last up to 50 years.

The foam will also contract and expand depending on the weather which again reduces cracks. At year 10 20 a contractor will add more coating and granules.
